  The grout before we had was dirty and would not come clean no matter what chemicals we used. SteamDoc came out and cleaned the grout in a couple of hours. They were professional, friendly and on time. The work they performed made out tile look great and clean! We will definitely use them again for any floor cleaning.

  Daniel answered the phone at 7:20 pm and talked for 30 min. about the best way to address cat pee on our mattress.  I was so impressed by his honesty,  He said he could treat it topically and get stains out but not the odor.  He recommended an industrial product to get the odor out and I'll buy that and treat that first then send him photos of the mattress and our other furniture, eg area rug, chairs, etc.  He will give me an estimate based on the photos.  i was so impressed with his knowledge about products, but mostly that he clearly did not try to sell me on something he could not provide.

  Wow Junior did a great job with my carpet. I have a kid and a dog. The tec insured me that he will get all my puppy stains out the carpet. He was well mannerd and made sure he didn't disturb me when I was working. Carpet was left like new!!!

  The Steamdoc cleaning team was SUPER amazing , not only did they quote me a super affordable price for carpet , but also came out and measured my tile w/ pricing , over 500sqft of tile and 5 rooms cleaned , even got all the hair off my cats favorite room with a big brush machine !   I just got my WHOLE house steam cleaned by Steamdoc and Junior the tech when I say wow , I mean it ! Everything looks so brought back to life ! Carpet smells amazing ! Tile shines so beautifully, and all the pet smell from my 3 big baby doggy’s are all gone ! On time, friendly and affordable! Steam Doc did a great job on my carpets. I have tried at least 5 local carpet cleaning businesses and this one is by far the best. Bonus, the cleaning solution used left my house smelling fresh not that chemical smell from other providers. My red wine carpet stain is gone!

My wife called in and spoke with the owner when she scheduled to have the carpet cleaned at our rent house and was very impressed with the friendly interaction. The techs that came to the house to clean were very professional and polite and were there prior to the time that was scheduled, which goes a long ways with me. They got in and out and did a great job treating and cleaning the carpet. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Even the automated service with updates on the appointment was a great touch and very helpful.

SteamDoc did a very thorough cleaning on a challenging job with carpet that has a lot of traffic with kids and animals. We have a lot of furniture and they worked hard to move around the pieces to do a thorough cleaning. They gave us lots of pointers to keep our carpet cleaner to reduce built up oils from our Feet!!! They did a process before cleaning to get up dust and animal fur and I could not believe the huge quart ziplock bag size worth they got up. That is probably what has made my house smell so dingy. That was the first thing I noticed when I woke up that morning. I didn’t smell that dog dingy smell. Everyone was very professional, friendly and hard working! I have already recommended them to two friends and it has only been a day since they completed the job.

Great service! There was great communication throughout the entire process. Reserving a date was super easy. When they arrived, they inspected the work and explained their plan. Every step was explained as it was done. My carpets and rugs look like new. My biggest praise is that their prices are beyond reasonable for the quality of work and service provided. Ok so my floors had gotten pretty dirty, what with having 4 dogs and a child. They came out and quoted me a reasonable price to clean and seal my kitchen and dining room and said it would take 3 hours. Well, they ended up finishing right on target and my floors are now so pretty and clean. I can’t stop staring at them! Thank you all so much!
