They were professional, friendly and on time. The work they performed made out tile look great and clean! We will definitely use them again for any floor cleaning.

I was so impressed by his honesty, He said he could treat it topically and get stains out but not the odor. He recommended an industrial product to get the odor out and I'll buy that and treat that first then send him photos of the mattress and our other furniture, eg area rug, chairs, etc. He will give me an estimate based on the photos. i was so impressed with his knowledge about products, but mostly that he clearly did not try to sell me on something he could not provide.
